How do I sign up?

Signing up is really simple! You just need to insert your e-mail address and create a password. It is also possible to log in with your facebook or google+ accounts. Remember to confirm your e-mail address clicking the link we will send you, it takes you back to Lemoney’s webpage. Log in and you are ready to start earning!

Is there any problem if I register with my e-mail and after that I log in with my facebook or Google+ account?

There won’t be a problem if the e-mail in your Facebook or Google+ accounts is the same you registered the first time in Lemoney. Be sure not to use/create more than 1 account so you can concentrate your earnings in only 1 of them. Besides, be careful! 2 accounts for 1 user can be interpreted as fraud and they can be cancelled.

Do I need to join and log in to earn rewards?

Yes! Only when you register at Lemoney and log in can we identify you and credit your rewards properly. By becoming a member, you are treated individually and we can improve your experience over time, always offering the most suitable deals based on your preferences and historical activities.

If I shop unlogged can I still earn cash back?

Unfortunately not! Only registered, logged-in members can earn cash back when shopping online.

What is sign-up with facebook?

It is an automatic registration, where you create an account linked to your Facebook profile. Lemoney only has access to information authorized by you and provided by Facebook.

What is sign-up with Google+?

It is an automatic registration, where you create an account linked to your Google+ profile. Lemoney only has access to information authorized by you and provided by Google+.

Can I have more than 1 account at Lemoney?

No! Each person can only have one Lemoney account. Be careful! If we detect more than one account for the same user, both profiles may be cancelled and deleted.

Why is it important to keep my profile information updated?

Lemoney send redeem checks to the address registered in your profile. If you don’t want other people receiving your checks, be sure to keep your information updated.
