The comfort on board was also high, with comfortable seats and enough space for passengers. The wifi on the train worked flawlessly, which allowed me to stay online and make the most of my time during the journey. However, there were also some negative points to note. The punctuality on the train left a lot to be desired, which caused some inconvenience. It was necessary to change trains in some places, which made the journey a little more inconvenient. Travelling from Rome to Venice was excellent. The price was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and responded quickly to my interests. The train also arrived in Venice on time. The seats were also very clean, comfortable and well maintained. However, the journey was very long, about seven hours. I had to change trains several times, which made the journey more difficult. The volume was not adequate and I personally found the reservation options complicated. But on the whole a great journey!
