Unfortunately, I have to criticise the fact that the train was very late. Nevertheless, I did notice some positive things. These include the hygienic conditions on the one hand, and the fast network and constant reception on the other. I highly recommend buying your ticket online at a reasonable price. To cut a long story short, I give the journey 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.

There were charging facilities and freely accessible wifi on the train. The seats were very comfortable and could also be reclined. The service is friendly and helpful. The toilets were never occupied and are super clean. The price could be a little less.

Travelling from Rome to Florence was a multi-faceted experience. First of all, the price-performance ratio was reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise for me. The staff on board proved to be extremely courteous and helpful, which helped to make me feel well looked after. Of particular note was the punctuality of the train, which made for a smooth travelling experience, allowing me to be productive or relax during the journey. However, the hygiene in the public areas of the train left something to be desired, which spoilt the overall impression for me. Also, the seats were not particularly cosy and comfortable and unfortunately there were several changes of trains which made the journey more difficult. But all in all an excellent journey!

The journey from Rome to Florence was amazingly good. The price particularly appealed to me. This was also the reason why I bought the ticket. The booking options were flexible and relatively uncomplicated. A lot of consideration was given to hygiene and the toilets were clean and well maintained. The wifi was very effective and fast. This made communication and entertainment much easier. However, there were several transfers that made travelling difficult. Unfortunately, the volume was not adequate and the train did not arrive in Florence on time. All in all, a good journey!

All in all, everything was great and I would be happy to travel again.

The journey was really great. In my opinion, the positive aspects definitely include the excellent punctuality, the hygiene and cleanliness, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. It was also wonderful to see that the train was not too full and I was therefore able to find a seat for myself. As a result, I give the journey 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.

The journey was mostly positive. The only negative aspect was that the train was unfortunately delayed by around 20 minutes. Otherwise, I can report that the train was very hygienic and comfort was definitely taken into account. The benches were very comfortable and there was a pleasant atmosphere. I was able to buy my ticket online without any problems. Recommendation!

IconYou still had to reserve extra seats
I booked the ticket via my Interrail ticket and still had to pay extra to reserve seats, which is quite annoying. However, I found it quite easy to travel by train in Europe and especially in Italy. As far as I remember, the train was on time and there was also wifi and a power socket. As with almost all trains, the cleanliness was questionable and not satisfactory for me, but everything else was fine. The train number was: FR 8418
